Albacor Shipping is continually expending its organization and is looking to hire qualified professionals to join our team.
At present, we have the following position open:

Location: Mahwah, NJ

Job Description: Sr Vice President (Mahwah NJ) resp for sales and marketing in the U.S., special projects and maintain customer relations as well as overseas agents. BBA in marketing or equiv. of 20 years ex in Project Freight Forwarding of which 5 years should be in high end customer sales. Fluent German mandatory.

Location: Houston, Tx

Job Description: Independently handle all aspects of import and export shipments by air, ocean or ground transportation (i.e. making bookings, sending master, filing AES, documentation, billing etc.). Contacting customers, S/S Lines or any other parties involved for missing information or to provide information.

Job Requirements:

Must have knowledge of import/export documentation, obtaining quotes, making bookings, etc.
Proficient in MS office applications - Excel/Word/Outlook
Must have ability to multi-task
Knowledge and experience with SED filing
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of freight forwarding background, preferably in project freight forwarding.
