Executive Vice President
Norbert Tiemann has been in the field of International Transportation and Logistic since April 1966. After his apprenticeship as a ships charter broker in Luebeck, Germany, he changed over into International Freight forwarding working in Hamburg (Germany), Rotterdam (Holland) and London (UK) prior to coming to Canada in 1976. Since then he worked in management positions with Multinational Forwarding Corporations prior to starting his own business in 1989. His experience in logistics over the years has been project- and heavy lift transport oriented most of the time. In 2003 he merged his company Aquarius Shipping Inc. with offices in Toronto and Montreal with Albacor Shipping Inc. to join his longtime friends Wolfgang Spillner and Gerald Hess to build a bigger company with offices in Canada and the U.S.A. Throughout his career Norbert Tiemann traveled extensively to many worldwide destinations. |
